Where Is My Mind (or where is my WIW)

My Hoop Has Landed

Hooping Class
I got a wild hair up my butt and signed up for hoop dancing class! I had never heard of it until it was featured on the Joy Fit Club (don’t judge me! I don’t have cable!) and I learned it burns 400-600 calories an hour. After a quick Google search I had ordered a hoop and 2 DVDs from Amazon.

Observations from my first day back on WW:
I pee a lot.
I’m quite gassy as I process the junk food out of my system
I haven’t felt starving yet
This many Fruits & Veggies means my grocery bill is a bit high
Fruits & Veggies being 0 points sort of makes it hard to get all my points in. Thankful for avocados!

Monday Recap
My weekend was spent 50/50 down the midddle between my bed and drinking and eating. My diagnosis from the Dr. on Friday was that I have a sinus infection and an ear infection. Weeeeeeeee! So I’ve been on a nice dose of antibiotics and steroids.
