Here’s my current morning ride. Most of it is on the bike trail along the river so it’s pretty and inspirational. Not really that physically intense but if I can do it 3 times this week I’ll be happy. I’d like to build up to every morning before work (as long as I don’t have an 8am meeting). But I must keep reminding myself that baby steps are required or I’ll feel defeated that I couldn’t meet my goal.
So far I’ve done the ride both Monday & today! So far so good!

Total Ride Time: 20-30 Minutes (depending upon energy level)
